KeyLook® and KeyLook Mobile® is a powerful, yet simple to use, web-based key control software with an integrated Blackberry application.
The Blackberry app is smart-engineered and knows which properties the staff member has been given ‘rights’ to. The software keeps detailed records and control over all keys, with reminders, alerts, and defined “steps to be taken” guidelines.
The system has real-time reporting functions too. So if a key does go missing-in-action, property management is instantly notified and appropriate action can be taken swiftly. The system provides for full compliance and tracking, as well as forensic reporting.
